IUF PLANNING MEETING FOR WINE INDUSTRY PROJECT
Purpose of the meeting is to plan for organizing workers in the wine sector and promote Collecting Bargaining and ensuring human rights for all the workers in the Sector which will include farm workers supplying farms to the wine producers in the Western Cape.
AFADWU amongst other unions will be a beneficiary of the project, in conducting training and workshops on the following:
a) Freedom of Association and collective
b) Women Empowerment on Collective Bargaining (Women only workshop)
c) Health & Safety training for farm workers
This meeting was held on the 23 & 24 April 2022
