COSATU, in collaboration with Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA), has established a National Call Centre in Braamfontein to provide support to workers in resolving their labour-related challenges. This service is accessible to both COSATU affiliate members and unorganized workers.



COSATU invites you to utilize our dedicated Call Center number (010 219 1342) to report labour challenges across various sectors. Our team is committed to assisting workers in addressing their concerns and facilitating union membership
